We have just won the TUM Global Incentive Fund (GIF) collaborative grant with the project “WHISKEY-AI: Accelerating Food Fermentation and Beverage Aging with Physics-Informed Edge AI to Reduce Environmental Impact” with Melanie Köhler (TUM), Ovidiu Șerban (Imperial), and Fabio Pizzetti (Polimi).
